Yes, make sure following prerequisites are configured before installing 9Parrots:-

• Windows 10 or later operating system.
• An active broadband connection.
• Set your system's microphone and speaker device that you want to use before installing 9Parrots. If you try to change the audio settings after installation then 9Parrots may not work properly.

Start 9Parrots and select Voicemeeter as your speaker in Teams device settings. Start you Teams session and get translations instantly.

Before starting your zoom session, set speaker and microphone as 'Same as System' in your zoom audio settings and then start 9Parrots.

Start your YouTube video then start your 9Parrots session. You will see the translations instantly.

Check this icon on the top bar. If it is flashing green then your 9Parrots is working, you just need to wait a little longer to see translations. But if the icon is greyed out, check your internet connectivity and restart 9Parrots if necessary.
